Competition Winners Are .....

After much deliberation (and some arguing!) the winners of the Brass-Forum/Gomalan Brass competition are:
2nd Prize
A very close-run 2nd place goes to
Con Brio's
'Twas the Gig Before Christmas'
. Con Brio wins a highly collectable Brass-Forum mug.
1st Prize
Chosen as by all the judges as their number one entry was
bones'
'An Ode to Yamaha Silent Brass'
. Bones wins the new Gomalan Brass CD Swingin' Pool (the rest of you can buy it from
http://www.gomalanbrass.com
) and, at great expense, a Brass-Forum mug.
Congratulations to both bones and Con Brio and a big thankyou for the rest of you that took part.

Thanks very much for the prizes. It surprised and amused my wife, who was not aware of my poetic bent
Received them yesterday. I can assure you the Brass Forum Mug will take pride of place in my kitchen, alongside the Wallace and Gromit one.
On a more serious note, buy the Gomalan CD. Absolutely stunning. Listened to it on my way to work this morning. Wow, wow and double wow.
Thanks Again.

If only I could afford to give every B-F member a B-F mug
- There are only 5 others like it in the world at the moment.Look after it!!
Have to agree with the Gomalan CD. It really is superb ..... BUY IT EVERYONE!
